    The K12 Insight team has performed thorough testing and confirmed that all Twilio issues are resolved for our customers.

    As of 12:30 p.m. EDT, Twilio posted the following update: Currently, our baseline call functionality has been restored and is operating normally. Users should experience no issues with standard voice calls. We are also fully recovered on both inbound and outbound Flex calls. Our team is working diligently to resolve any residual issues to minimize any disruption to our users.

    As of 11 a.m. EDT, our third-party Telephony provider, Twilio, reported a partial outage affecting some inbound and outbound calls. Twilio is aware of the issue and working actively to resolve it. Our team is actively monitoring this issue. Any accounts receiving or placing live phone calls may be affected.
